Our Property Management team will promote your property and locate qualified, high-quality, and long-term tenants for your investment property – and most importantly, get them in the home quickly (usually within 30 days of purchase).
The team thoroughly checks the creditworthiness of prospective renters and then negotiates on your behalf to attain a fair market value rental fee.
Charge - Collect - timely PayOut
Once a qualified tenant is placed in the home, the Property Management team will then collect the prospective tenant’s deposit, as well as charge and collect each monthly payment for the entire life of your investment. Once the payments are collected and processed, the draw will be sent to you in the first week of each month, like clockwork. That’s it, there’s nothing else you have communicate , think about, or do in regards to collecting your checks.
We Cover all the bases
The Property Management team will represent you when possible, including any inspections or repairs that occur. This is a great relief for non-local investors. For the life of your investment, the team will continue to provide any advice you may need and answer any questions you may have. We keep detailed records of all transactions and dealings that occur with your property, and can provide these to you at any time.
